Service Fees

The service fees listed on this page represent the base rates for our immigration consulting services and are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Please note that the total cost of your consultation or application process may vary depending on the complexity of your individual case, additional services required, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

The RCIC will provide client's who book any of the services with the following:

  1.  Personalized document checklist with instruction on how to prepare and collect your documents per IRCC standards for your application.
  2. Their application completed and submitted. 
  3. Written letters or guides provided if needed (I do not write  study plans) 
  4. RCIC submission letter (legal letter that proves your application is   legitimate and that you meet all the eligibility requirements.
  5. Re-submission of your application if refused due to RCIC error.
  6. Unlimited consultation on the application submitted until a decision is made on your file by IRCC.
  7. All communication with IRCC will be taken care by the RCIC

We are committed to providing transparent and upfront pricing, but we encourage clients to contact us directly for a personalized consultation to receive a tailored quote. Any changes in fees will be communicated clearly prior to proceeding with services. All fees are subject to applicable taxes and government processing fees, which are not included in the listed prices.

  1. Open work permit/SOWP - This service includes one applicant's open work permit application - $1050 (USD) | $1500 (CAD)
  2. Close work permit - N.B - Client must have an LMIA to apply for a close work permit - $1500 (USD) - $1050 (USD) | $1500 (CAD)
  3. Post-Graduate Work Permit - This service includes a PGWP application for one applicant. - $600 (USD) | $850 (CAD)
  4. Bridging Open Work Permit - This service includes a BOWP application for one applicant. - $840 (USD) | $1200 (CAD)

  1. Visitor Visa - $750 (USD) | $1050 (CAD)
  2. Visitor Visa for minor - $375 (USD) | $525 (CAD)
  3. Visitor Record/Extension (per applicant) - This service includes an application to extend the status for one applicant. - $500 USD | $700 (CAD)
  4. Super Visa - Parent/Grandparent (per applicant)- $1050 (USD) | 1500 (CAD) 

  1. Spousal Sponsorship Only - This service includes a spousal sponsorship application for the spouse being sponsored. - $2800 (USD) | $4000 (CAD) 
  2. Spousal Sponsorship + Work Permit - $3500 (USD) |  $4950 (CAD)
  3. Spousal Sponsorship after refusal - $4200 (USD) | 6000 (CAD)
  4. Spouse with one dependent* - This service includes a spousal sponsorship application for one adult with on dependent. - $3150 (USD) | *4500 (CAD) *$250 USD / 400 (CAD) for each additional dependent
  5. Child Sponsorship - $1400 (USD) | $2000 (CAD)
  6. Spousal Sponsorship (Unclaimed child) - $3500 (USD) | $5000 (CAD)
  7. Parent/grand-parent sponsorship (one parent) - $2800 (USD) | $4000 (CAD)
  8. Parent/grand-parent sponsorship (both parents) - $3150 (USD) | $4500 (CAD) 

  1. Profile Creation (Only) per applicant - This service includes the creation of an express entry profile for the principal applicant only. - $600 (USD) | $850 (CAD) 
  2. Profile Review per applicant - This service includes a review of your express entry profile for the principal applicant only. - $400 (USD) | $600 (CAD) 
  3. Profile Creation and PR application (principal applicant only)* - This service includes the creation of your express entry profile creation and the PR application for the principal applicant. *Additional $500 for your spouse. - $2300 (USD) | $3250 (CAD). 

  1. Provincial Nominee - EE linked - This service includes the provincial nomination application, express entry profile creation, and the PR application for the principal applicant. - $2450 (USD) | $3500 (CAD) - NB. Additional $500 for your spouse.
  2. Provincial Nominee - Non-EE linked - This service includes the provincial nomination application and the PR application for the principal applicant. NB. Additional $500 for your spouse. - $1400 (USD) | $2000 (CAD)
  3. Provincial Nomination application (only) - This service includes the provincial nomination application only. $525 (USD) | 750 (CAD)

  1. Citizenship Application (online) - This service includes the online citizenship application for one adult. - $700 (USD) | 1000 (CAD) - Additional $150 (CAD) per child under 18.
  2. Citizenship Application (Paper) - This service includes the paper citizenship application for one adult. Additional $150 per child under 18. - $1050 (USD) | $1500 (CAD)

  1. Permit or Visa Refusal - This service includes the GCMS notes request, review and re-submission of the rejected TR application - $735 (USD) | $1050 (CAD) 
  2. ATIP Request & Review - This service includes the GCMS notes request and review only - $100 (USD) | 150 (CAD)

  1. TRV Application Review - This service includes the review of your temporary resident application. $1000 for family application - $735 (USD) | $1050 (CAD) *1000 for family application
  2. PR Application Review - This service includes the review of your permanent resident application. - $1230 (USD) | $1750 (CAD)
  3. TR Status Restoration - This service includes the application to restore your temporary resident status. - $500 (USD) | $700 (CAD) 
  4. PR Card Renewal/Replacement - This service includes the renewal or replacement of your PR card. - $350 (USD) | 500 (CAD)
  5. Invitation Letter/ purpose of Travel Letter - This service includes one written invitation/purpose of travel letter - $175 (USD) | $250 (CAD)
